We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness while accommodating unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation Process: All cancellation requests must be submitted via email for a clear record.

Refund Schedule for cancellation request:

For cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the trip start date: 70% of the journey amount will be refunded.

For cancellations made 20 days prior to the trip start date: 50% of the journey amount will be refunded.

For cancellations made 10 days prior to the trip start date: 25% of the journey amount will be refunded.

For cancellations made 9 days or less prior to the trip start date: No refund will be provided.

Non-Refundable Services: Certain bookings (e.g., special offers, non-refundable hotel rooms, or specific tours, Wildlife Safaris booking amount) are non-refundable and will be clearly mentioned during booking.

Processing Time: Within 7-10 working days from the receipt of cancellation request.

Force Majeure:  In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, etc.), rescheduling options may be offered as per availability.
